This Alfredo sauce works with most pasta and chicken combination. Sliced grilled or baked chicken breasts are probably the best to use. For the sauce, see below.
Ingredients for Alfredo sauce:
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 Small Onion (diced)
1/2 Clove Garlic (minced)
4 oz Flour
1/3 cup White Wine
1 pint Heavy Cream
12 oz Parmesan Cheese
6 oz Romano Cheese
