Ingredients
2 heads bok choy
2 cups quinoa, cooked (see here)
1 cup mushrooms
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, diced (could be more, 1/2 onion is all I had)
1 head broccoli, crowns only
salt and pepper to taste
