Salmon Broccoli Pasta Casserole


A simple and light summer pasta recipe.

Ingredients:
9 oz penne pasta
1-2 package broccoli, frozen
2 cans 7.5 oz salmon, drained (i.e. Crown Prince Pink Salmon)
1-2 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2-1 cups grated mozzarella
Direction:

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

Boil pasta according to package instruction. Halfway through, add in broccoli. Drain water when done.
