Ingredients for 2 servings:
3.5 oz penne pasta
17 oz cherry tomatoes
1 red chilli pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsps olive oil
2 tsps balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Direction:
Slice tomatoes into wedges (4 per tomato is ok). Chop and dice chili pepper. Crush garlic.
