Ingredients
2 loaves French bread
8 oz shredded mozzarella
16 oz shredded sharp cheddar
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsps sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onions (green parts only)
1 softened stick of butter

1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped broccoli

Crispy Golden Cheese Chips

Simple to make. Spray Pam cooking spray on a microwaveable plate. Then arrange shredded cheese by distributing it as evenly as possible. Microwave until it bubbles. Remove from microwave and allow to cool. It will dry up and can be broken into chips.

Fresh Mango Avocado Salsa Recipe

When asked how to make avocado salsa, I usually think of something sweet and spicy.
