Easy Blueberry Mousse Recipe

Adapted from www.myfoodpassion.net. Only the blueberry mousse was used and cardamom was not added. Chocolate cups optional.

Blueberry Mousse

Ingredients for 6 servings
1/2 tbsp powdered gelatin
0.8 cups double cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
